This year's best apprentice in Bavaria

In cooperation with the association of the Bavarian metal and electrical industries and the Otto Meyer Foundation, the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, Sciences and the Arts awards the QUABI prize to young people as a an honour and to promote junior staff who completed their vocational training as the best in their year in Bavaria.

Congratulations!

The management board of Carl Macher GmbH & Co. KG in Brunnenthal congratulates Thomas Zeeh on his excellent degree as an electronics technician in the specialised field of industrial engineering for which he was officially awarded in the course of the training congress in Nuremberg in December 2017.

Thomas Zeeh started his apprenticeship in the core board manufacturer’s electrical workshop on September 1, 2012. Under the guidance of his training supervisor Michael Ludwig and his motto “to challenge + to promote”, he persistently committed himself and perfectly developed into a constantly reliable and determined employee.

Managing partner Jürgen Schaller is proud of Mister Zeeh’s exemplary achievement and pleased to accompany and support his desire for further training.

 

Since 2008 paper mill Carl Macher has been part of the Kunert Group. In companies Paul & Co, Kunert Wellpappe and in own core board plants, a staff of 2000 is employed at 17 sites in Europe and Asia. Annually the Group produces 330,000 tonnes of ppaer cores, edge protectors and corrugated board packaging as well as 250,000 tonnes of core board. The family-run company relies on its own research and development work, a solution-oriented attitude and customer-focused service.
